Kayla Andree Haverstock

Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner

Offering virtual consultations based in Prince George, British Columbia, located on the unceded traditional territory of the Lheidli T’enneh First Nation.

As a holistic nutritionist and herbalist, I am deeply committed to my clients’ well-being. Since 2020, I have dedicated my practice to helping women reimagine healthcare.

I have supported a diverse range of individuals. My focus has been primarily on women navigating the complexities of conditions such as PCOS, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, POTS, Hashimoto’s, insomnia, bloating, chronic pain, acid reflux, anxiety, and more. Each of these challenges requires a unique approach, and I strive to provide tailored guidance that resonates with each person’s needs.

Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed by food. After years of conflicting nutrition advice, restrictive diets, or trying to manage symptoms on their own, they feel like they’ve lost confidence in knowing how to properly nourish themselves.

Our work begins by taking a close look at eating habits and lifestyle, paired with functional testing to better understand what the body is trying to communicate. This creates clarity and direction, helping clients move forward with confidence.

Food should be fun, pleasurable, and nourishing.

Functional Testing Services

In addition to my work with women, I have expanded my expertise to include pediatric nutrition. I invite you to bring your littles along for the ride, as this can be incredibly beneficial for addressing behavioural issues, lack of appetite, and a variety of other concerns that children may face. Nurturing our children’s health is a vital investment in their future, and I am here to support you in that journey.
